Career

Sara Susnjar is a multi-lingual partner of W&S SELARL, admitted in both Paris and Illinois. She concentrates her primary practice on cross-border complex business transactions with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures, and PE. She has advised and represented some of the biggest tech and media market players (private and public corporations, equity funds, and portfolio companies), as well as those in industries such as business & financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Sara has secondary expertise on personal data protection and privacy (including GDPR compliance, implementation, and disputes). She has also represented her private equity clients in several high profile arbitration and litigation disputes.
