Specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities law, Annie Maudouit-Ridde has been advising private and listed companies and their shareholders, as well as investors for more than 10 years on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, mergers of equals, and strategic alliances. Annie has extensive experience with advising on M&A transactions involving listed companies (takeover bids, share exchanges and mergers) and on capital market transactions (IPOs, private placements, and complex equity-linked securities issuances). She has also assisted SPACs, their sponsors, and underwriters in connection with SPAC IPOs, as well as SPACs and targets in the context of business combinations. She regularly advises listed companies, board members, and shareholders on matters relating to corporate governance and employee shareholding.
