Career

​Ivana represents several entrepreneurs, developers, construction companies, shopping centers managers, hotel operators, condominium administrators, banks, financial institutions, retail companies, real estate investment funds and general investors in the real estate market.

She has extensive experience in structuring real estate deals, including sale and purchase, donation, exchange, in-kind payment, lease, built to suit, sale and lease back, creation of real estate guarantees, constitution of real estate surface rights, usufruct, easement, expropriation, real estate due diligence, structured transactions, capital market real estate transactions (formation of real estate investment funds; securitization of real estate receivables). She also works in real estate crisis management, structuring and re-structuring of real estate developments, land subdivisions and condominiums (residential, commercial and multi-use), real estate regularizations, focusing on the shopping mall sector and infrastructure projects (ports, wind and solar energy, refineries and gas pipelines).
