Carolina represents domestic and foreign clients in matters involving ancillary tax obligations, customs classification of products, and changes and tendencies in laws, regulations and case law, and the solution of complex matters concerning Import Tax, Tax on Industrialized Products, Social Integration Program, Social Security Funding Contribution and Services Tax, in a wide range of industries.

Carolina has experience in identifying efficient operating structures, corporate reorganizations and the negotiation of commercial agreements from an indirect and customs taxes perspective. She also represents clients in judicial and administrative litigation matters proceedings and advises clients on obtaining special tax regimes.
