Paulo represents domestic and international clients in judicial proceedings and arbitrations involving several sectors of the economy.
He has extensive experience in complex corporate and commercial disputes under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), of the Brazilian Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), of CIESP/FIESP and of CAESP.
He is listed as an arbitrator before the arbitration chambers CAMFIEP, CAESP and CARB. He was a clerk to Justices of the Supreme Court of Brazil (STF) and of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ).
