Ewa advises on all aspects of labor law, including selection of the optimal form of employment, conclusion and termination of employment contracts and other related agreements, employment terms, restructuring of employment, posting, internal regulations, appointment of employee representatives, information and consultation requirements with respect to labor unions and works councils, labor law litigation, managerial agreements and other civil-law contracts.
Ewa conducts training and presentations at conferences as well as internal workshops for clients. She is one of the co-creators of the employment blog Kodeks w pracy.
