Janet is a senior associate in our real estate department.

Janet specialises in the residential property market and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential matters, including; refinancing, site and portfolio acquisitions; estate management work; management company structures; and all aspects of site set-up, including the drafting of site documentation for onward sales.

Janet's clients include the Annington Group for which she manages a team dealing with the disposal of plots for Annington Property Limited numbering approximately 15,000 since Eversheds were appointed to act. In addition, she acts for Annington Rentals (No.6) Limited and Annington Rentals (No 7) Limited in the acquisition and subsequent financing of an extensive property portfolio. She also advises Annington Developments Limited in the disposal of sites for development, including advising on conditional contracts and overage agreements.

Janet also acts for other house building clients including Knightsbridge Estates Limited. She has recently acted for LPA Receivers in the disposal of a large new build site.
