Sally is a Legal Director in our Human Resources Practice group. She advises on all aspects of employment law, with particular expertise in equal pay and discrimination issues. Sally acts for clients in both the private and public sector advising on litigation and non-contentious matters. Sally’s experience includes the strategic management of multiple equal pay litigation, mass changes to terms and conditions of employment, and managing industrial relations disputes. Sally regularly advises clients on large-scale restructuring/redundancy exercises, complex disciplinary matters and has significant experience of advising upon statutory disciplinary procedures in the local government sector, and governance matters. Sally is also an experienced investigator across a wide range of sectors, and regularly speaks at external conferences.
