William is a partner in our Litigation practice group. He specialises in resolving disputes on behalf of financial institutions.  He has particular experience of high value and multi party claims involving fraud, breach of trust and professional negligence.  William is an accredited mediator and highly experienced in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

William's recent experience includes:

- bringing a multi million pound claim and injunction on behalf of a UK Bank in Switzerland

- leading on a major fraud investigation on behalf of a UK bank involving losses of £10m plus and allegations of deceit, dishonest assistance and breach of trust

- conducting professional negligence claims involving all manner of commercial property, from hotels to golf courses on behalf of a range of lenders.

William is a regular speaker and contributor to publications on issues of fraud, insurance disputes and commercial and residential professional negligence claims.  Recently he has written for the Mortgage Finance Gazette and spoken at Council of Mortgage Lender events.   He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association.
