Shelley is an associate in our Corporate practice advising on all aspects of company law, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Shelley’s recent experience includes advising a variety of clients in the private sector and public sector including:

• Advising on a joint venture between a wind and solar developer and a large international investor.

• Advising one of the UK’s largest social housing providers on the acquisition of a property development company. This included leading the project due diligence team.

• Advising a not-for-profit utility company on the acquisition of business and assets.

Prior to joining Eversheds in October 2014, Shelley trained at Simmons and Simmons, where she qualified in 2012 into the financial services group.
