Jonathan is a Senior Associate in the Property & Projects team within the Real Estate group.

He specialises in conveyancing and property related work of a volume nature.
Jonathan has considerable experience in dealing with Equity Release mortgage transactions and acts on behalf of a number of lender clients.

He also provides technical support in the following service areas; Sales in Possession, Solar panel leasing, Projects and Remortgaging.

Examples of Jonathan's experience include:

• A mini secondment with an Equity Release client to assess current processes and assist with exception cases. The secondment provided an opportunity to streamline joint operations, benefiting both the client and Eversheds.
• Worked on an e-disclosure review for a large piece of Competition litigation.
• 4 month secondment with lender client in their Litigation Team dealing with a wide variety of defended claims.
• Working with Core Real Estate on a pension portfolio reorganisation for 300 property assets.
• Advising a lender client on aspects of the Part 3 requirements issued by the Council of Mortgage Lenders.

Jonathan shares responsibility for representing the firm at Conveyancing Association meetings.
