Rebecca is a senior associate in our Cardiff commercial team and specialises in procurement.

Rebecca advises government departments, universities, utilities, local authorities, and other contracting authorities on the European procurement regulations, which ranges from developing strategies for EU-compliant tendering processes and drafting effective tender and contract documents through to providing advice on award of contracts and feedback requirements. She has extensive experience of all of the procurement procedures, from advising on procurements for the supply of goods and services under the Open procedure through to Competitive Dialogues for complex works programmes.

Rebecca’s current projects include advising on IT tower procurements, utility procurements for various clients, and developer framework agreements.
