Amy is an Associate in our Corporate group. She specialises in corporate transactional work including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Amy spent over 6 years working in the Middle East. During this time she worked in the Dubai office of a large international law firm in their Corporate team for almost four years. Following this, she moved in-house to work with the Dubai based legal team of one of the world’s leading payment technology companies.

Amy’s recent experience includes acting for global information services group Experian on the sale of its FootFall business across 11 jurisdictions to global security systems company Tyco, a £38.5m transaction.

Amy recently completed a client secondment at Rolls-Royce plc.
