Mandy Kaur-Sadler advises on all aspects of pensions law and has experience of acting on both private and public sector matters on a wide range of scheme types. She has experience of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes acting for both trustees and sponsors, including advising on liability management projects, scheme mergers, buy-ins/buy-outs and scheme closure exercises. Mandy has in depth pensions experience in the public and education sector, acting for clients from across local and central government, further and higher education institutions and quasi-public sector bodies.

Mandy is a member of Association of Pension Lawyers’ West Midlands Sub-Committee and is a regular speaker at public sector conferences and seminars. She is recognised for her pragmatic and practical approach to matters and her ability to distil complex legal issues to clients.
