Nina is a Principal Associate in our residential development team specialising in residential and mixed use development.

After qualifying in 2001 she has spent her entire post-qualification career specialising in this area of expertise.

Nina has worked on all areas of residential development, including strategic land sales and acquisitions, site assembly, short-term land acquisitions and sales, social housing sales, planning promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, joint ventures, and planning agreements.

Nina acts mainly for national and regional property developers, and house builders of all sizes. Nina also acts for landowners, using her knowledge of development considerations to achieve a swift conclusion.

Nina’s particular strengths lie in her commerciality, pro-active approach and her ability to tailor her advice to help clients achieve their objectives.
