Meg is a partner in the Corporate Occupiers team in Eversheds Real Estate Group, based in Birmingham.

Meg specialises in acting for major corporate clients across a broad range of sectors including the legal management of UK branch networks for HSBC, Barclays, Wolseley UK and Severn Trent.

Her recent experience includes:

• the lease liability transfer by Wolseley UK of 177 surplus properties with a gross liability of £70m to Legacy Portfolio
• the real estate aspects of the sales by Wolseley UK of its Brandon Hire, Build Center, Electric Center, Encon and Bathstore businesses
• the proposed disposal by Severn Trent Water of 23,315 acres of land at the Lake Vyrnwy Estate in Powys.
• the acquisition of new leases for HSBC at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf
• the sale and leaseback of 102 HSBC branches for more than £50m
