Joanna is a Principal Associate in our real estate practice group. She specialises in residential development, acting mainly for national homebuilders.

Joanna is experienced in all aspects of residential work, including immediate and strategic land acquisitions and sales, collaboration agreements, serviced site acquisitions and disposals, freehold reversion sales and corporate disposals.

Her recent experience includes:

• Acting for a £20m freehold reversion sale; 
• Acting on a 1300+ unit scheme in Worcestershire and 500+ scheme in the West Midlands; 
• Acting on a collaboration scheme in Shropshire; 
• Acting on affordable housing led schemes in Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire.
