Heather is an Associate in our Real Estate Litigation Group.

Heather is experienced in a range of property disputes and acts for landlords, tenants, developers, urban regeneration agencies, and insolvency practitioners.

Heather regularly advises on all aspects of property related disputes including debt claims, forfeiture, dilapidations, lease renewals, lease termination, applications to assign/underlet, residential and commercial possession claims and breaches of covenant.

She also has experience of advising land owners and developer clients on agricultural law issues, in particular how to obtain vacant possession of land subject to agricultural tenancies.
