Work Department
Zoe is an Associate in the Corporate Compliance Team of our Litigation and Dispute Management Group. She specialises in corporate criminal defence work, non-financial regulatory advice and non-contentious compliance advice.
Her practice covers a broad range of areas including crisis management, major accident investigations, and representation at PACE Interviews, Inquests, Magistrates, Crown and Coroners Court.
Her recent experience includes:
- Providing immediate onsite support for a client following a catastrophic fire, assisting with the investigations, dealing with all relevant regulators, instructing experts, and project managing a team of Eversheds lawyers (Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment, Insurance and Real Estate);
- Advising an international packaging manufacturer on a Corporate Manslaughter investigation;
- Advising a rail services provider on a serious track incident including liaising with RAIB and the ORR;
- Prosecuting in relation to breaches of environmental legislation; and
- Conducting legal reviews of clients’ Safety Management Systems and procedures and drafting the report.
Zoe also has notable experience in the security sector, having spent six-months on secondment to G4S in her previous role.
Zoe is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and Women in Health and Safety.
