Turon Miah is a Principal Associate in our FSDI group. He has experience in banking and financial services litigation as well as contentious insolvency work. His recent experience includes: 1. Acting for a Private Bank to defend a claim alleging negligent investment advice and investment strategy concerning a £5m investment. 2. Acting for a Bank as regards enforcing various types of security and dealing with other issues following a car dealership entering into Administration and owing in excess of £1m. 3. Producing bespoke advice for one the largest asset finance providers in the UK as regards the implication of the new Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020. Turon specialises in high value and complex claims and has for many years acted for financial institutions and blue chip companies and other stakeholders.
