Jason is known for his work on corporate refinancing and restructurings, M&A and property investment and development, many with a multi-jurisdictional element. Clients include all major UK clearing banks, private equity providers and a number of listed and large private companies.

He advises on all aspects of banking related matters, acting for banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers. His main practice areas include acquisition finance and real estate finance. Jason also advises banks on standard form documents.

Recent experience includes:

• advising banks on loan facilities provided to Hargreaves Services plc and its subsidiaries

• advising banks on loan and invoice finance facilities provided to a listed plc in the transport sector

• advising banks on property investment facilities to a significant North East based property investment group

• advising UK Land Estates on senior and mezzanine investment facilities

• advising LNT Group on development finance facilities
