Career
Giancarlo is a BLP Senior Associate in the San José office in Costa Rica, specializing in the practice areas of Cannabis, Real Estate & Hospitality and Business Law.
In Cannabis Law he leads the practice of the Firm. He advises local and transnational companies in day-to-day matters, regulations, and transactions, having an active role in committees and congresses worldwide related to the area.
In Real Estate & Hospitality he has participated in the development, structuring, financing and purchase and sale of real estate projects in the coastal and urban areas of Costa Rica.
In Business Law he advises local and transnational companies in day-to-day matters, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, preparation and review of corporate contracts, and restructuring.
He joined the BLP team in 2010, currently he works as an associate of the Firm.
