John’s transactional work spans several industries, including the tech/media/telecom, consumer/retail, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and auto sectors. John’s recent transactions include representing the underwriters in offerings by Brunswick, Freedom Mortgage, Frontdoor, Hyatt Hotels, Ken Garff Automotive, Marriott International, Michaels Stores and Sinclair Broadcast Group.
