Jennifer Dunn is another key contact, assisting clients with structuring, formation, operational needs, and regulatory and compliance issues. Diameter Capital Partners and Cerberus Capital Partners are among the standout clients of Jason Kaplan, and Peter Naismith is another name to note from the sizeable practice.
