Career

Has extensive experience representing multinational companies on commercial, labor and civil disputes. Similarly, he is one of the most renowned Uruguayan attorneys in the field of local and international arbitration, and he actively participates and lectures in conferences and seminars on the subject. Mr. Nin has advised important clients in the mining, maritime and aeronautical sectors on civil, commercial and labor cases and he has been part of various company purchase agreements, mergers, insolvency proceedings and bankruptcies. In these last two cases, and jointly with Ignacio de Posadas, Attorney at Law, he led a team of professionals working on one of the most important class actions in the country. Prestigious international publications such as Latin Lawyer and Chambers & Partners have cited him as one of the most renowned litigation attorneys in Uruguay.
