Paul Tannenbaum is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group (working closely with the Private Funds Group).

Paul has extensive experience acting for lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on both fund financings and acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.

His fund finance experience includes advising GPs and lenders in connection with traditional subscription lines, hybrid and NAV facilities, co-investment facilities, GP support facilities, management fee facilities, asset leverage facilities for credit funds, loans to separate managed accounts and fund of fund financings.

Leveraging the combined expertise of the finance, private credit and private investment funds practices, the ‘collaborative, responsive’ and ‘strong’ fund finance team at Proskauer Rose LLP regularly provides solutions for funds of different types at all levels of the capital structure.
