Position

Usman Khan is a partner in the Firm’s London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group.

Usman focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border general banking and finance matters, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance. He acts for lenders, private equity sponsors, credit funds, sovereign wealth funds and other real estate investors in all aspects of real estate finance, including senior and mezzanine investment, hotel financing, development financings, repo and loan-on-loan financings and Shariah-compliant financings.
