Guilherme Tranquillini is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office.

Career

Guilherme focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate reorganizations, domestic and cross-border, particularly those related to listed companies, franchising, education, technology, advertisement, retail and infrastructure. He also assist clients on their acquisition finance deals based on capital markets or banking products and on high-level and complex Brazilian corporate legal matters.

Previously he was a Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados associate (2010) and law clerk (2006-2007), and a Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse (Brazil) S.A. intern (2008-2009), both in São Paulo.
