As Brigard Castro’s Partner and member of the Litigation and Strategic Consulting Team, she advises domestic and foreign companies in the enforcement of their IP assets, initiates and supervises infringement and unfair competition actions on their behalf, and conducts complex negotiations. She also practices in the areas of due diligence and Intellectual Property Audits. Mrs. Castellanos has re-structured the regulatory and patent practice of the firm, to build a whole service Life Sciences practice.

Attorney from Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. She holds a Magister on Laws with emphasis on Intellectual Property and Competition Law from New York University. She did a course in High Management in Negotiation from Universidad de Los Andes and holds a Diploma on Copyrights and Related Rights from EAFIT University
