Fabienne Beuzit’s practice focuses on court and out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and distressed M&A matters. She helps clients navigate difficult and complex restructuring situations and represents debtors, lenders, shareholders, and investors in numerous restructuring situations in France and internationally. She also regularly handles all types of litigation related to insolvency situations. Fabienne has achieved exceptional results for clients on numerous major insolvency and reorganization cases in France. She has advised on significant leveraged buyout (LBO) debt and/or listed companies restructuring cases, represented parties in prepackaged chapter 11 cases, and served as investors’ counsel on a broad range of asset deals. She has been active in the expert groups working on the transposition of the European Union Directive on preventive restructuring frameworks (in particular, Haut Comité de la Place Juridique de Paris). Fabienne is a member of the Association pour le Retournement de l’Entreprise (French Turnaround Association), Women in Restructuring (WIR) and the Centre des Professions Financières (association for financial professionals).
