Career

Leonardo joined the corporate legal team of the Firm as a Paralegal in 2017 and in 2019, he was promoted as Associate Attorney of the litigation team.

Leonardo advises local and foreign companies preventing contingencies, providing efficient business and legal solutions with integrity.

During his time at the firm he has participated in different negotiations and administrative procedures before public institutions. He has been involved in different commercial and civil litigations in which the firm has represented the interests of major national and international companies, as well as in different settlement agreements reached among them. His experience includes the participation in due diligence processes for the execution of mergers and acquisitions of companies.
