Career

Michelle I. Deveaux was first called to the Bar in 2001 and having developed a robust  practice across several jurisdictions including the British Virgin Islands, Barbados, Guyana and The Bahamas, she became a partner of the Firm in 2019.

Michelle regularly represents and advises high net worth individuals, institutional fiduciaries, banks and corporate clients on trust and estate administration matters, insurance and property disputes inclusive of cross-border litigation. She also leads the Firm’s competition law practice and represents the regulator in The Bahamas.
