Gianni Nunes leads the Competition/Antitrust practice group at KLA and has been practicing in the area for more than 20 years, including activities related to notifications of mergers and acquisitions to CADE, international and local cartels and abuses of dominant position. Ms. Nunes is a reference in this field being highly regarded by her clients for her exceptional work and commitment. In the past twelve months has been leading the team on many different fronts related to competition law, not only within CADE but also before the Federal Courts of Justice and the Supreme Court of Justice.
