Clarissa Jaegger, lawyer and partner at Montaury Pimenta Machado & Vieira de Mello, has been practicing Intellectual Property since joining the firm in 2001. Clarissa manages the trademark portfolio of several large clients in a wide variety of fields such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, entertainment, telecommunication, technology, automobiles, finance, retail and other service businesses. She also has extensive experience in client consultation on IP matters, carrying out due diligence processes and the drafting of IP agreements.

Clarissa is a member of international IP associations. She is a member of the Argentinian Association of Industrial Property Agents, with the aim of protecting client interests in Argentina and to improve the trade relations between two of the most important economies in South America.
