Pedro has experience in corporate law advising large sized domestic and foreign companies from various industries. With focus on contractual risk analysis, he represents clients in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate counselling for business groups and asset investment/management. With international experience, Pedro worked as a foreign attorney at Reid & Priest LLP, both in New York City and Boston branches.

Pedro actively participates as member of the Inter-American Bar Association – IABA, the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce – NY, the Law Firms Center of Studies (CESA) and the São Paulo Attorneys Association (AASP).
