Career
Having worked as a staff attorney at the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), Landon now helps energy market participants navigate complex regulatory requirements. He represents electric utilities, generators, and retail electric providers before the PUCT and ERCOT.
Landon has advised on a broad range of wind, solar, and storage transactions–drafting, reviewing, and negotiating interconnection agreements, power purchase agreements, and equity capital contribution agreements.
Additionally, Landon helps generators, oil and gas companies, and crypto-miners structure private use networks and other behind the meter arrangements.
