Partner, specialist in employment law. Dan advises companies and senior executives on the full range of employment law issues. His clients include financial services, pharmaceutical, media, tech and fashion companies. He regularly advises on enforcing post-termination restrictions, preventing employees from using confidential information, strategic employment law issues and reorganisations.

Recently work includes successfully defended a household-name Plc and an international insurance broker in whistleblowing claims brought by overseas employees, and have enforced restrictive covenants in the High Court against former employees.

Dan takes a lead role in Doyle Clayton’s founding membership of ELLINT, the network of specialist European employment law firms. Many of his clients are international and he will regularly work on cross-border matters.
