His clients include financial services, pharmaceutical, media, tech and fashion companies. He regularly advises on enforcing post-termination restrictions, preventing employees from using confidential information, strategic employment law issues and reorganisations.
Recently work includes successfully defended a household-name Plc and an international insurance broker in whistleblowing claims brought by overseas employees, and have enforced restrictive covenants in the High Court against former employees.
Dan takes a lead role in Doyle Clayton’s founding membership of ELLINT, the network of specialist European employment law firms. Many of his clients are international and he will regularly work on cross-border matters.
