Career

Camila Chouzal is a partner in BMA’s Corporate and M&A practices. She has broad experience in transactional work, including cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts, and advises on corporate law issues in general.  In addition to her corporate law practice, she also assists wealthy families and individuals in asset reorganization, transfer of domicile and estate planning matters.

She advises clients from various jurisdictions doing business in a variety of industries, especially in the mining, private equity and family office sectors.

Camila´s international experience includes work as a Visiting lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell, New York (2007 – 2008).

Camila has lectured on corporate law cases at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC.

She has also published articles on different areas of private law.
