Career

Conrado C. Stievani is a partner in BMA’s Financial and Capital Markets practice area.

He represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, investors, creditor banks, debtors, entrepreneurs and investment funds in debt and equity transactions in the capital markets, bank financing transactions, debt restructurings, project finance, and the investment funds industry. Conrado has extensive national and international experience in financing transactions, including highly-complex structured financings involving various industries and classes of assets, as well as multifaceted business restructuring. He has assisted banks and investment firms in structuring several investment strategies in distressed debt and non-performing assets. Conrado is licensed to practice law in Brazil and in the State of New York, where he spent a year as an international associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP.
