Eduardo is a partner in Public Law and Regulation at Lefosse.
Eduardo has solid experience in licensing, bidding, dispute resolution in administrative proceedings and legal advice in regulated markets. He is a member of the OAB-SP Infrastructure Commission and director of the ABDTIC (Associação Brasileira de Direito da Tecnologia da Informação e das Comunicações – Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications Law).
Eduardo graduated from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). He has a master’s and doctoral degree in State Law from USP (Universidade de São Paulo).
