Alexandra is a senior associate in our Corporate Department. She advises on Cayman Islands corporate transactions including series equity finance, structured finance, debt and equity capital markets, restructuring and corporate governance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock market listings and shareholder agreements. She also advises clients on a range of finance matters, including secured lending, subscription finance, acting for cross-border banks in large debt financing deals, in addition to regulatory matters, including trade and business licensing, bank and trust company licensing and the regulatory and compliance implications of various types of transactions and licenses.

Of particular interest to Alexandra are the corporate transactions and financings related to Latin American privately owned businesses and start-ups, and she has assisted in the series financings, listings and general corporate matters for several Brazilian unicorn entities across several industry sectors.
