Position

James  leads our social care and safeguarding practice, which advises on childrens and adult services issues, and deals with safeguarding and abuse related claims arising in health and care settings.

James has broad experience of advising clients tackling complex problems and incidents,  drawing together a team with key expertise to address every facet. These include advice on statutory duuties and guidance,  provider failure, inquiries,  allegations against staff and the disclosvery of large scale safeguarding failures or abuse. He is passionate about working with clients to achieve outcomes that matter to them.
