Career

Anna has a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential property litigation.

To date, her work has involved a variety of assets, including retail parks, industrial estates and residential premises, acting for both landlords and tenants, and her clients range from institutional developers and funds to high net worth individuals.

In respect of her commercial work, Anna has advised on vacant possession strategies, the termination and renewal of business tenancies, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, dilapidations, break notices, contractual disputes, possession claims and other landlord and tenant disputes. Anna has a particular interest in telecoms issues and also has experience in real property matters and professional negligence claims.

In relation to residential litigation, Anna has advised on Section 20 consultations, termination of long leases/assured short hold tenancies, possession claims and service charge disputes.

She is also experienced in dealing with large claims involving substantial document management and technical expertise.

Anna is ranked as Next Generation Partner in the 2023 edition of The Legal 500. She was previously recognised as a Rising Star.

Anna trained at Nabarro LLP and qualified into their Property Litigation team in September 2011. She subsequently moved to Forsters in September 2016 and was promoted to Partner in 2022. Anna is the Treasurer of the Property Litigation Association.
