Ben has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property litigation from high value complex litigation to day-to-day portfolio management support issues. He has particular experience in development risk management/elimination issues such as rights to light and vacant possession strategy.
Ben provides the full range of advisory dispute resolution/avoidance services, guiding a variety of clients through both informal solutions and the formal processes of litigation, arbitration and mediation.
Ben was a Legal Director in DLA Piper’s London Property Litigation team before joining Forsters as a Partner in 2016. Ben is former chair of the Property Litigation Association’s Education Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He regularly speaks at seminars and webinars on Property Litigation issues and has been interviewed by a major radio station about rights to light issues.
