Chris is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Commercial Leasing.
He has a broad commercial property practice, operating in the retail, leisure, healthcare and investment sectors. He regularly deals with lease acquisitions and lease management work for numerous tenant occupiers; and the acquisition, asset management and disposal of investment properties.
Chris also has extensive experience in all aspects of conveyancing and property legal work including corporate support and banking/security matters, in both Scottish and cross-border transactions.
