Position

Ardra is an associate in the trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey. She advises a variety of private clients and fiduciaries on all aspects of Guernsey fiduciary law, including the creation and administration of offshore trusts and corporate structures. Ardra also advises on Guernsey inheritance laws, the creation of wills and the administration of estates.

Career

After University, Ardra worked as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young in Auckland. She was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2019. Ardra worked as a solicitor at a specialist trust and private client law firm in New Zealand before joining Carey Olsen in 2024.

Education

Ardra graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint degree from the University of Auckland in 2017.
