Diana is a senior associate in Ogier’s Guernsey corporate team. She advises on a broad range of corporate, banking, derivatives and finance transactions in respect of Guernsey and British Virgin Islands entities. Diana also has over ten years’ experience of listings on The International Stock Exchange.
Diana focuses on corporate, banking and listing work. She advises on a broad range of corporate, banking, derivatives and finance transactions in respect of Guernsey and British Virgin Islands entities including legal opinions, migrations, amalgamations, real estate finance, acquisitions, restructuring and regulatory aspects and has over ten years’ experience of listings on The International Stock Exchange and general listing services.
Prior to joining Ogier in May 2003, Diana was a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives for another leading offshore law firm where she had worked since 1990 and had worked her way up from legal secretary. Diana qualified as an English Solicitor in 2008 and as a BVI Solicitor in 2009.

Ogier‘s capital markets practice advises clients on the gamut of debt and equity raisings, listings on TISE, and structuring issues affecting companies in the run-up to IPOs.
