Sarah represents corporate and individual clients on residential and commercial property matters including lease, sales and acquisitions and secured lending.

Before joining Ogier Sarah worked in Newcastle for boutique corporate law firm Square One Law.  Sarah managed a general property case load including the property aspects of high value share/asset sales and purchases and portfolio refinance.

While practising in the UK Sarah has represented and assisted a wide range of corporate clients and HNW individuals with general property management, leases, sales, acquisitions and secured lending (including large portfolio refinances).

Education

Sarah qualified as a lawyer and was admitted to the roll of the Law Society of England & Wales in 2010.  Prior to this, Sarah studied English Literature at Newcastle University before completing the Common Profession Exam and Legal Practice course to convert to law.

Managing associate Sarah Parish specialises in advising HNWIs and their investment vehicles on the purchase of both residential and commercial property, while Laura Shirreffs assists with a range of matters, including property financing and property-heavy M&A.
