Position

Joss is a partner in our Cayman Islands office advising on a wide range of investment fund, corporate and finance matters. He advises private equity, private equity real estate, venture capital and open-ended fund clients on fund structuring, formation, primary and secondary investments as well as transactional, fund financing and regulatory matters impacting the funds.

In addition to acting for fund sponsors, Joss regularly advises institutional investors and finance providers including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, international development finance institutions, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals on their investments into Cayman vehicles as well as on structuring their own vehicles.

Joss’s transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and a wide range of financing arrangements.

Career

Joss trained and qualified with Linklaters in London from 1999-2006 and was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2006. Joss was also admitted to practise in the British Virgin Islands in 2011.
