Seasoned development and investment deal expert Johane Murray heads the practice, which has enjoyed a recent uptick in the build-to-rent (BTR) and life sciences fields. Managing partner Nick Scott is noted for his office, retail, leisure, student accommodation and industrial acumen. Clients seek Richard Whyte‘s investment knowhow, an area in which Allan Cairns is also an essential contact, particularly in respect of offshore acquisitions.
